First Day of School!

~ School has started! I have always loved this time of year, and the beginning of a new year of school. Blue has been super excited also, and was ready last night after picking out his clothes, and putting some special pencils in his backpack. He was quiet, but brave, and shed no tears. The only tears came from Cooper who wanted to stay with Blue.
The only thing that I want to openly apologize to Blue about is his hair cut. Remember last years’ hair cut just a few days before school started? Well, it’s not that bad, but…. I think we’ll cut hair at the beginning of the summer from now on, or as Brody suggests, “leave it to the professionals.” He’s a gorgeous boy no matter what though-

He looks very handsome. His hair is fine! Nothing like last year! Had to go & check that post out.
My childhood hair cut story: I was mad because I couldn’t go to the barber shop with my brother (2 1/2 yrs younger) & dad. So I got safety scissors (don’t really think we had those back in the 60’s) & gave him a trim. When we came out of my bedroom he had a sucker with hair pieces all over it! Happy as could be. I was a baaad older sister!

OK, I have to ask. Why is the desk next to his (rear of the photo) not facing the same direction? Just curious.
