You smile at the older women who say this to you, and take their well-meaning advice, all the while thinking, yeah right. Then, you blink and they're teenagers, and you're wondering what the heck happened, and how did you miss all those years?!?! I'm trying to make up for all the years I didn't enjoy them. All the years I spent training and teaching and not enjoying the moment. The best advice I've been given recently, is that "It's never too late!" I'm holding on to that one with all I've got.
