Be aware that I have killed 5 Japanese Beetles in the past 2 days. They can defoliate your plants if there are enough of them – and they do tend to travel in packs. I am going to Lowe’s to see if they have “floating row covers” they are light nets that can go over your plants. You may want to try them too!
