Tiny Talk Tuesday: Blue

Blue has said some pretty cute and creative things lately…
- His stomach was hurting the other night, and after some mild dinner I asked him how he was feeling, He said “I feel better, now I have an Ex- stomach ache.”
- Blue was telling me about a little girl in his class, whose grandma lives with them. He said, “When her mom is gone, her grandma is like the vice mom.”
- One day we were watching the Jonas Brother’s sing, and Blue said he liked the lead singer the best. Then he said, “I like all lead singers, they always have the best hair.”
(which is why he’s growing out the front only, of his hair.)

Love the “vice” mom! So many families have a grandparent that live with them. I had a great-grandmother that lived with us for several years. I don’t know about the lead singer hair thing. Look at Robby with MM. His hair is pretty cool! You almost have enough to write a book of those, don’t you? Keep saving them & sharing them.

I guess that makes me a vice mom too. The lead singers are usually the ones most noted in a band and I never thought about it being there hair. However, I will say I loved the group Journey especially the lead singer, Steve Perry and he had great hair. His hair was very long at times. Blue is a very smart little boy to pick up on some of these things.

I agree with his assessment of rock band hair. On the Music Boat, it was pretty clear who was in a band, and who wasn’t. The give-aways were “rock singer hair”, tattoos, and piercings.
