This is my Grandma’s piano… it made it here all the way from CA. It is one of my favorite things, and I’m so grateful to have it. I love hearing the boys play on it… and it makes me laugh that they think the drawing of the man on the piano, is my Grandma.

I have sweetest memories playing that piano in my grandparents’ house, and hearing my grandpa hum or whistle along. I am happy to have it here now too, and can’t wait for the boys to start learning some songs.

    How wonderful!

I have my grandma’s piano too. She was extremely important to me and I have many memories of sitting with her at that piano, so it’s been so special to watch my kids sit and play on it just like my brother and I used to.

Oh, and I love Coopers piano technique. The fists, the tongue – priceless!

Such a sweet picture. I have my mom’s piano and I love playing it and listening to the kids “play” as well. Brings me such joy! I am happy for you that it made it out to TN.

Get ‘em creating music early yep! I love it. It’s the association of music and fun.

It’s nice that you let them enjoy the piano and it’s not a “no touch” kind of thing. Hope the sticker comes out of his nose without too much trauma.

Cooper looks like he’s ready for his 1st lesson! I got my grandmother’s organ. I had no room for it because we had purchased a piano several years before. I played the organ a lot growing up. I actually taught myself, then started lessons, but I always loved the piano more. Enjoy!
