We played a game the other night while eating dinner, where you go around and ask a question.  We made cards with colors and numbers, and the questions on the back, to make it easy for the kids to choose.  Some of the answers were priceless:

1.~ What is your favorite season?  Aiden’s answer:  ”I like the one with snow… but not if I’m outside.  I only like the one with snow if I can look at snow from my window, then it’s my favorite.”

2.~ Would you rather see God or hear Him?  Blue’s answer: See him… we don’t know what He looks like, but we have to hear him all the time!”

3.~ If we could go on a family vacation, anywhere in the world, where would you want to go?  Blue’s answer: “To Mammos.”  (awww) and Aiden’s answer:  ”to McDonalds.”

~ Cooper answered every question thoughtfully, with ” ummm….. Aiden.”

(P.S. What is it about the age of 2 that my son suddenly doesn’t need to sleep anymore? I think I’ll go crazy if he keeps skipping his naps, and staying up late, and waking up early!)

Too funny! I’m going to have to agree with Aiden on the snow issue. Its great to look at from inside. These are the moments to cherish because they go so fast.

Kristin, welcome to my sleeping world. Lil’E is not a sleeper – if I let her she would stay up till midnight every day, and she stopped napping completely at three. Lil’er E still likes his bed and naps, but they get shorter and shorter, he’s up by about 7, and may not get to bed until 9 some nights.

And it’s all my fault. I don’t sleep, either. Never have. I’ll stay up till three and be up and at work before 8, and keep it up for weeks.

    So cute!

My boy has been burning the midnight oil too. Sigh…I feel your pain.

You need to keep a memory book with all their little sayings. I keep one on my g’daughter and wish I had on my son. Its nice to look back and remember some of the things she said when she was younger. Its a way for me to always remember and cherish those priceless moments.

Sad to say, but my little ones always stopped napping at two. Though, they did go to bed early. Hope it catches up to him soon!

    Love the vacation plans :)

    Happy tTT!
