Bringing it down…
This post is not a happy one, but one that I feel I need to aknowledge those this time of year who are really struggling, and most likely not at all in the “Christmas spirit.” It’s for people who need prayer and remembrance right now, even as we are enjoying this holiday season. So please keep these people in your thoughts and prayers.
~My friend’s baby daughter has heart problems, and has a friend who just lost her 2 year old daughter the other day to the same heart problems. This family also just lost their Grandmother, so this Christamas will be a sad one for them.
~Randy Millard of the Myriad band is in the thick of battle with Cancer. Pray for his family and for him during this time.
~The Lamberth family, whom I’ve only heard of through the Whittaker woman blog, whose husband was in a bad accident and is currently in a comma. I can’t imagine the desperation that his family must be feeling right now.
During this time of year it seems that heartache is intensified, and it’s hard I am sure to feel in a celebratory mood. These people that we may not know or ever heard of, need us to pray for them, and to not forget them, in our times of celebration.

Heart felt prayers to any and everyone who’s heart is aching.
Been there. Been carried by the prayers of others.

Amen to that. I too have been thinking of the people I know personally, and have only heard of, who are suffering. It does seem to be harder at Christmas. I started to feel guilty for all my blessings when so many are suffering. Thanks for the reminder that I can pray, and that it counts.

I know it…
my dad just told me this morning that my great uncle is also on the verge of passing away. He’s been battling cancer for awhile, and the doctors informed my aunt that he’ll pass away today or tomorrow. He’s been such a great man, and lived a great life, and he’s ready to go, but it’s very sad for his family to have to say goodbye.
