Personalities
I’ve been reading about different personalities and temperaments found in people, and how to identify them in children. It has really opened my eyes in dealing with my children differently, because my two oldest have extremely different personalities, and therefore different “needs,” from me as a parent.
As far as my husband and I are concerned, we seem to be a variety of the different temperaments. It seems we compliment each other well. My weaknesses are his strengths in certain areas, and visa versa.

*Anyone else ever study the Sanguine, Choleric, Melancholy and Phlegmatic temperaments?

I have not done this particular one but I was told once that when we are younger we are more extremely one type of personality and as we age we become less extreme and more a little of all of them. I thought this was interesting.

I’m still only dreaming of colder, gray days….Today is about 90 and sunny as it has been for about 4 months now. the same , every stinkin’ day.

Just took the test. I am Melancholy Sanguine, which seem to be complete opposites. Makes perfect sense though.
