Hit the road

It’s time for us to hit the road, and head to Michigan, for a wedding.  We choose to drive, because with fuel prices it is actually cheaper than flying, (those airplane tickets are crazy expensive right now!) and mostly because we love road trips.  I love seeing the different parts of the country.

We’ve borrowed my dad’s GPS, and it’s got a ladies’ voice.  Last time I called her “Janice,” what should we name her this time?

I’ve got to start getting ready, but of course, my kids are sleeping in today… which they never do!

    Love you…

PS Those ladies kinda scare me, I find myself talking back to her, just because I can.

Will she be confused if you change her name? I would hate for her to have identity issues which would lead to amnesia and then she wouldn’t know where she was and she would get y’all lost.

    It’s something to think about.

How about Cindy? Oh, yes please the flight prices are expensive and driving is a great option as you have alluded. Enjoy!! Oh, and let’s hope that lady does not get confused if and when her name gets changed. :-)

I love it when the gps lady says, “When possible, make a legal u-turn.” which always sounds like, “When possible, make illegal u-turn.”
