We had Spring here in Grand Forks on March 21st, just as planned. Then on March 22nd, we got 3 more inches of snow with more scheduled this week. That’s better than the 18 inches they had in SD though. Spring will come soon and then so will the mosquitoes. I’ll take winter any day.
