Built some bears
This week is flying by, I can not believe it’s already Thursday. We took our boys to Build a bear to celebrate Aiden’s birthday, and it was so cute to watch what each of the boys picked out.
Aiden put a birthday song in his bear, and dressed him in a birthday shirt and jeans and hat. He named his bear, “Sack,” to go along with his other stuffed animals at home who are all named, “wack, pack, mack,” etc.
Blue first picked out a nascar shirt, camo boxers, and a leather jacket. His bear happens to have a belly too that stuck out of the shirt. He decided against that outfit and went with a spiderman suit for his bear. He named his bear “spidey bear.” It’s so fun to watch their different personalities, and to watch them take care of their new babies.

Don’t you love how they name things? Lil’E names everything ending with a “-y” or “-ie” sound. A bear named Ochie, a cat named Innie, a dog named Dotty, etc.

My mom takes my daughter to build a bear. They both look forward to it, and the bear is such a treasure. Once we left “Sparkle” at a friend’s house an hour away which was a tragedy! Tears nearly everyday for the three weeks it took to retrieve her.

I went to a workshop on my way home from Minneapolis recently and got a monkey for Mary. I was traveling frequently for work and she, being the youngest, was affected the most. I put a recording it it that reminded her of how much Jesus and I both love her. She calls it “Monkey Mama.”

It is so much fun, isn’t it?
I know, I need a picture up! The pictures are not on my camera, so I’ll need to add them later.
