Yep, Snow!

I love snow! It makes winter time worth it to me! It makes me so happy to see snow falling, and it seems to make everything peace full. As a kid, I would spend hours out in the snow, building snow people, digging tunnels, sledding with friends, and just walking through it. My brother would make snow cones with kool aide, and he taught me to play poker when we’d get to stay home from school. I have great memories of snow, and I was so happy to look out my window tonight and see it start falling, and more importantly, sticking!
My boys had a great time out in it. I let my oldest stay out the longest, and he gathered cups of snow to save in the freezer. This whole weekend is forecasted possible snow, so this should be fun!

Yep, the snow is neat. Only problem with this one is that it really started snowing hardest after it was already dark. And now (midnight) it’s raining on top of the snow, and it will likely all be gone by morning.
Like you, I hope we get more again later. You know, so all the (big) kids can go out and play in it.

How fun! It snowed here last Easter. We even made a snowman. That doesn’t happen often in Texas.
By the way, for some reason I hadn’t subscribed to your new blogs rss feed and I was staring at my feed reader wondering why you hadn’t written anything in awhile. Duh.
Have fun in the snow!

By the way, I honestly don’t remember the last time I said, “Duh.”
The 7th grade, maybe?
