~The two boys were sitting at the kitchen table, my two year old looking intently at his fingers. He looks at his brother, holding up his hand and says, “so you are 5…..and I am 2.” The 5 year old responds, “yep.” My two year old looks back at his hands and says, “Dang!”

I would have loved to know what was going through his head at the moment that made him say, “dang!”

That’s one smart 2 year old! Are you sure he isn’t 3 and you just “forgot?” Look how long it took you to remember Blue was 5!
