Good for snacks

“Health Balls,” yes that is their name, but they are yummy, and the kids like them too.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup raisins
1 tsp. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. bran
1 cup rolled oats
1 TBSP oil
1 tsp. vanilla

DIRECTIONS
~Mix together, roll in ball shape, can coat with chopped nuts, sunflower seeds. or coconut. Refrigerate.

    At least they’re not called Mountain Oysters.

    And yes, they do look yummy (and healthy).

    Yummy and healthy they may be. My question is what do your kids hands look like after eating one?

    they do make a mess….and I guess depending on what peanut/ almond etc. butter you use they can be even healthier.

    (the colder they are the less messier they are!)
